Dan Maynard has been a resident of Lansing, MI since 1965. Throughout the years Dan has owned several businesses. He developed his information technology skills by using computers and technology systems to run his businesses more efficiently.
Dan has over two decades of experience working with restaurants, bars & clubs in the hospitality business. He has always been committed to quality personal customer service and building long lasting partnerships through honesty and trust.
Areas of expertise include business management techknowledge, personal customer service, design and implementation of point of sales systems and computer networks including Wi-Fi. Secure business transactions, and effective/efficient communications with personnel, partners and customers.
Dan is focused on providing an old fashion hometown team approach. He prefers doing business in person allowing him to become a respected partner that is deeply invested in the prosperity of local businesses.

Lea Shelton has nearly three decades of experience in customer service and is inspired by engaging with people to creatively problem solve and enhance the customer experience. She has always enjoyed her peace studies and applying the applications to effectively listen to a customer’s needs and create solutions to give peace of mind.
Areas of expertise include customer service, retail sales, hospitality management, support team, administrative, servant leadership, active listening, de-escalation, and excellent communication.
One of Lea’s priorities is that customers feel the team is 100% available to meet their needs. When clients come to us with a request, they know she is committed to providing the best solution for them. “Your wish is my command” is her philosophy, and she will actively listen, see to the root of the request and deliver impeccable service to ensure that HTP customers are heard and seen.
Residing in SW Michigan, Lea loves spending time with her partner and two children. She has a menagerie of furry friends, both dogs and cats, plus one fish! As an extrovert, you will find her talking to people, listening to their stories, hiking with friends, and a million other engaging activities.

Nathan Harlacher is the relationship and information technician manager behind Hospitality Tech Partners, with 20 years in the IT field and 30 years in the restaurant world with varying restaurant environments: bar, fine-dining, full-service, brewery, and 24/7 diners. His family owns two restaurants of similar concept: Robin’s Nest of Eaton Rapids and Country Kitchen in Ovid. Relationships being the key skill needed to be successful in both adventures.
Areas of expertise include customer service, point of sale integrations, database management, installation, preventive maintenance, Nate is still actively running restaurants. He has developed a restaurant menu system that operates very efficiently and delivers the needed information to run any hospitality business smoothly and successfully..
Nathan is drawn to the challenges that customer service environments tend to exhibit while offering solutions to help tame the everyday concerns. His vision of the service industry is molded by every relationship harnessed in Hospitality Tech Partners.
Eaton Rapids is Nathan’s hometown, but lives and works out of Holt, MI with his two German Shepherd dogs. Every day starts with a walk, a cup of coffee, and a yip & a yap from Bear and Anna as he heads to work.
